Dunja, rescued from the streets. She is a Alpine Dachsbracke. She's between small and medium in size. Similar size to a Basset but a bit smaller, around 15 Kg. She is great with dogs and people. No good with cats or small furries so would have to be kept on lead as if she picked up a scent when out and about, she'd go into hunting mode. In the 6 months she's been with us she's had 3 lumps removed, each time it was a hair follicle blockage and the vet said if any more appear to leave them be. She currently has 2 which the vet is confident are the same thing. They do not bother her at all. Walks nicely on lead, clean in the house and can be left alone for a few hours without any issues.
